This step typically happens in that first meeting. We can decide on an area that you might be able to improve efficiency and whether or not custom programming can be a viable solution.
3. We collect the specs.
Assuming the answer to the question in step two is yes, we begin to collect specs. This is probably the most important step. This is the step where we collect the procedural data on how the current process is done manually. If we know how you do it manually, then we can figure out how to best automate the process.
4. We get together with our team.
We brainstorm with our highly qualified team of programmers to decide the most efficient appoach.
5. We deliver a quote.
We give you a detailed description of our recommended plan and how much it will cost.
6. You give us the greenlight.
This step is easy. You say yes.
7. We start coding.
This step is fun. We start writing the code.
8. We deliver and you test.
We deliver and allow you to demo the program. This is an important step because it gives you the opportunity to make little adjustments here and there to get the program EXACTLY how you want it.
9. We work out the kinks.
Based on your feedback we work out any kinks in the program.
10. You sign off and your productivty increases.
