When you sign up for our network monitoring the first step we take is installing a monitoring device on your servers and desktop workstations. This allows us to do an initial asset inventory on your network, which gives us detailed information on everything from hardware capabilities to software settings. We then use this same installed software to monitor the health of your network, 24x7x365. When a server goes down we know about it within ten minutes regardless of time of day.
