Sometimes you don't want to wait; you don't want to press "0" to talk to a representative. Sometimes you just want to talk to a real person. Our help desk gives you and all your employees access via phone, e-mail or tickets 24 hours a day. Between 7:00am and 9:00pm Monday-Friday you will have direct access to our support team based locally here in the United States. After hours (including weekends) you will be directed to an answering service. They will take notes on your issues and relay them to an on call technician. The technician will then contact you directly within 15 minutes. This service gives you and your employees the ability to solve some issues themselves without the hassle of waiting on others, all for a fixed monthly cost.
